The grind is well worth it as it easily outclasses other tier 7 heavy tanks. It is a little difficult to play before unlocking the 105mm and the upgraded turret. Tier 7 is the legendary T29 which is king of the tier 7 heavy tanks. For veteran players they provide a great platform to slot into different roles in each battle. For newer players they are a good gateway into other heavies. Both are excellent tanks in their fully equipped set up and the stock set up is not all that bad either. The key to playing these tanks is the be aggressive and help push the lines forward but to prevent yourself from being flanked due to the large side profile and low armor of these tanks. Both tanks are similar and come with decent frontal armor, good top guns, and great mobility for a heavy tank at these tiers. The heavy tank line for the American tree starts at tier 5/6 with the T1 Heavy and M6 to kick things off. If you want more of the pick up at least the M4A1 and the collector M4A3E2 Jumbo Sherman. This tank is very fun to play and teases you to go down the American medium line to the M48A1 instead of to the T1 Heavy. However, the top 105mm howitzer gun performs very well if you can handle the poor accuracy and long reload. The top 75mm is an excellent standard gun to use. The T6 is a M4 Sherman prototype featuring an excellent firepower and the iconic Sherman chassis. The T6 Medium is a newcomer to the American tech tree not being introduced until 2020. The top engine makes the M3 Stuart a very zippy tier 3 tank and the top 37mm can face off against anything outside of well armored tanks. The grind isn’t terrible since its short being a tier 3 tank. The M3 Stuart is your typical jack-of-all trades American tank. Or the 20mm Hispano auto-loader that releases a volley of shots at your targets! M3 Stuart (Tier 3) What more could you ask for? Choose between the standard 37mm that packs a punch and has good penetration. Boasting above average armor, excellent mobility, and two viable top guns. The M2 Light is an extremely good tier 2 tank.
